What You'll Do

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Site Superintendent to support our commercial construction team in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, particularly interior renovations in active, fast-paced environments . You will work closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects running safely, on time, and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and assist with RFIs.
• Monitor progress, perform walk-throughs, and track punchlist items.
• Promote and enforce company and OSHA safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
