We are looking for a Salesman / project manager to join our growing team! Most leads are provided by the company.
With our company, a Salesman / project manager will perform the following duties :
- Write estimates on various construction projects with the management team to ensure budgetary numbers are utilized
- Follow up with owners and property managers to convert estimates into jobsAssist senior management in project administration
- Organize and plan project
- Issue subcontracts and purchase orders
- Maintain change request log and control changes
- Formal correspondence with owner, subcontractors and property managers
- Monitor cost and perform projections
- Conduct regular progress meetings with subcontractors
- Monitor and assist subcontractors and management team with quality control
- Develop and maintain project schedules
Qualifications
- Sales and Project Management Experience preferred
- Hours 8am to 5pm
- Valid Drivers License
Pay and Benefits
$45,000 per year plus commissions (depending on experience)
