• Coordinating home health services and collaborating with other healthcare team members.
• Upholding infection control standards and ensuring patient safety.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and personal growth.
• Contributing to team communication and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Engaging in on-call duties, including weekends when scheduled.
