What You Will Do

This position will drive the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of marketing projects that increase community awareness of available patient support and the Patient Services brand (OneSource) overall. We are looking for a passionate marketer who can bring expertise in digital healthcare trends and applicable technology solutions for scalable marketing operations. This will be an excellent opportunity to master portfolio marketing in a fast-paced growth environment.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Material development and management of marketing projects aiming to increase awareness about available patient support (including promotional brochures, website development, email campaigns, digital engagement, program forms, and communication support).
  • Leading channel strategy and development of field / patient engagement tactics, including Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS / MMS, SEM / SEO, and print.
  • Developing and executing AI‑driven marketing campaigns for patients.
  • Using AI tools for customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
  • Supporting the MLR approval of marketing materials for the OneSource brand.
  • Working directly with contracted agencies to manage projects within assigned budgets and timelines.
  • Developing and maintaining good communication and collaboration with many internal cross‑functional stakeholders.

    • You Will Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or other relevant field.
  • 3‑5+ years of professional healthcare industry experience and an understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, direct‑to‑consumer promotion, and patient education.
  • Proven success in leading print and digital marketing strategies, including SFMC Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS / MMS, SEM / SEO, and print.
  • Proven success in data‑driven marketing and experience using AI tools to develop content efficiently (e.g., Jasper).
  • Experience supporting material through the PRC (MLR) review process.
  • Proven ability working successfully in a fast‑paced cross‑functional environment with many stakeholders that have competing interests.
  • Comfort working through uncertainty while managing multiple, competing, and frequently shifting priorities.
  • Working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance rules within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work with external vendors during the SOW, PO, and project budget accrual processes.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to create and edit documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders of 100+ people.
  • Ability to travel 30% of time, including occasional weekend travel.
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment; employees must be able to use a computer, engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging, problem‑solve, collaborate, and maintain general availability during standard business hours.

    • We Would Prefer For You To Have

  • Experience working in patient marketing in the rare disease industry or at an advertising agency supporting a patient services organization.
  • Strong passion for digital advancement, critical thinking, and an innovative mindset.
  • Long‑term career aspiration to advance compliant consumer marketing in a patient‑centric organization.
