Come join our growing team!  White Plains Center  is seeking caring LPNs for all shifts (7-3, 3-11, and 11-7). Our Smithtown facility needs experienced nurses for all units, including sub-acute rehab, long-term, behavioral, and dementia care. Full and part time positions available, every other weekend is a must!

Current NYS license and BLS / ACLS are required. Knowledge of SigmaCare electronic health record is a plus.
