Senior Revenue Accountant

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team in Nashville, TN.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the revenue and accounts receivable processes within CoreTrust. You will own the sales invoicing process, cash receipts, reconciliations, and supporting the revenue recognition process. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of revenue cycles, data transformation, and ERP system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle sales invoicing process and related balance sheet reconciliations
• Review completeness and accuracy of supplier files and sales invoice uploads into Business Central
• Coordinate transformation of emailed files and Alteryx outputs into upload templates
• Approve and troubleshoot sales invoice uploads; validate GPOIDs, earnings period, posting date, and due date
• Process cash receipts and perform monthly AR and cash reconciliations
• Partner with Product Operations, Revenue Operations, and Technology to align inputs to the revenue accrual model
• Support monthly revenue accrual process
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits
• Develop and maintain automation solutions in partnership with IT
• Support revenue reporting, audit preparation, and resolution of audit findings or discrepancies
