Program Manager Non-Tech

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the release lifecycle for Copilot Chat & Search.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end release management lifecycle, planning and orchestrating releases across multiple endpoints

Maintain a centralized view of feature rollouts and track dependencies using Azure DevOps

Lead weekly shiproom meetings and provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding release status

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in project tracking and managing feature rollouts

4+ years of experience in program / product management specifically for AI tools

Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and tooling for scale

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

PMI or PMP certification is a plus
