Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights into business performance
Develop initiatives to enhance sales performance and productivity
Analyze sales team performance and manage analytical models for insights
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in management consulting, Sales Operations, or as a Financial Analyst
Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines
Experience working with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and focused on improving efficiencies
