Position Summary :

As a Medical Scheduler, you'll play a key role in coordinating patient procedures and maintaining an accurate and efficient surgical schedule. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills, along with a customer-first approach to patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and update patients' medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Schedule surgical procedures and medical appointments
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
• Obtain prior authorizations for imaging, testing, and medications
• Support patients with billing inquiries and payment information
• Gather medical history and documentation from patients and external providers
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain office supply inventory and escalate urgent issues appropriately
