Brand & Events Digital Marketing Manager

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one-hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and execution of event and experiential marketing strategies for ASI-owned events. ASI-owned events enhance brand visibility and support business objectives. This role focuses on creating and delivering impactful events that align with the company's goals and brand identity.

The Brand & Events Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President, Brand & Events. You'll join our Marketing department and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, editorial, operations and product.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated marketing campaigns around key events to maximize engagement and attendance.

Align event marketing and experiential strategy with event and sales objectives and ensure appropriate follow-up with event leads.

Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all ASI events, including booth space, signage, and communications.

Ensure alignment among marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain brand consistency across ASI's events and industry events.

Ensure branded content, such as visual assets, marketing collateral, and presentations to support ASI's brand and event presence and effectively communicate the brand message.

Working with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client events.

Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful and cost-effective execution of each event.

Track and measure event success, including lead tracking, data collection, and performance analysis.

Analyze ROI and key metrics to refine event strategies and improve brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in integrated marketing specifically within a B2B setting.

Proven track record of managing successful corporate events, trade shows, or conferences.

Experience with event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Maritz / CDS), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Pardot).

Experience with tracking performance and making data-informed decisions for future event planning, integrated marketing campaigns, and branding efforts.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
