A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Study Country Lead (COSCL).

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, execution, and oversight of US clinical trials, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local regulatory guidelines

Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance trial efficiency, site performance, and patient engagement

Manage local study budgets and monitor financial performance, ensuring data integrity and quality oversight

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in health, science, or engineering with 3+ years of experience

Experience with clinical trial life cycle and working with internal and external vendors

Knowledge of FDA requirements and guidelines

Project management experience, including managing study budgets

Experience leveraging digital tools and AI analytics for innovation
