Technical Lead (Blockchain)

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to architect and guide the development of their core infrastructure for cross-chain execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build the Solver framework, including algorithms and execution strategies

Drive technical excellence through code reviews and architectural decisions

Ensure performance at scale with low-latency, high-throughput execution

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure

Strong familiarity with smart contracts and on-chain execution frameworks

Fluency in Typescript and Go, with experience in Rust being a plus

Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams
