About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Risk Management Sales in the Western Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently pursuing new business, developing sales strategies, and engaging with prospects and brokers to ensure long-term sales success. This role requires a professional who can effectively represent the company in the marketplace, maintain a strong knowledge of internal products and services, and work with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. The Regional Vice President will also be expected to mentor and assist in the development of team members, with a focus on mid-size and large clients of moderate to high complexity.
Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership and team management skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships at the senior level are essential. The role demands an individual with excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, who can also demonstrate a strong background in budget management and performance analysis. A professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM is preferred.
