Position Summary :
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by managing sales-related projects, coordinating internal and external meetings, and providing administrative support. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of initiatives across the sales team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Manage and track progress of sales-related projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other teams to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Monitor key project milestones and proactively address potential risks or roadblocks.
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate sales team meetings, customer meetings, and executive briefings.
- Prepare agendas, presentations reports, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure accountability.
- Coordinate logistics for sales-related events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Provide calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting for [the designated executive].
- Draft, proofread, and format communications, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent CRO, ELT and the Company in a professional manner.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.3+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or executive administration.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems preferred.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of attention to detail.
