We're looking for a driven, people-focused Account Manager to serve as the trusted advisor and go-to contact for a portfolio of clients. In this role, you'll be the bridge between client goals and our solutions—delivering exceptional service while identifying new opportunities to expand each relationship. Whether it's growing accounts, solving challenges, or ensuring client satisfaction, you'll be at the heart of our client success.

- Cultivate and manage strong, long-term client relationships post-sale.
- Proactively follow up on leads and close new business.
- Develop tailored strategies to grow key accounts and ensure client retention.

- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized, timely solutions.
- Monitor account performance and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, helping them meet their business goals.
- Become a subject matter expert on our services, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Manage proposals, estimates, sales activity, and deal progress from start to finish.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records using CRM and business tools.
- Champion client satisfaction and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
