CNC Engineer Aerospace Components
This CNC engineer will :
Lead and optimize hard turning CNC operations
Perform CNC programming, setup, and operation
Develop and implement new machining processes
Collaborate with engineering, production, and operators to resolve technical issues
Improve process efficiency, quality, and precision
Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
A successful CNC Engineer should have :
AS or BS in Engineering or related field (BS preferred)
5+ years of CNC machining and process development experience
Skilled in CNC programming, setup, and operation
Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
Experience collaborating with engineering, production, and operators
Attention to detail and commitment to high-precision manufacturing
Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills
Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
