Major / Essential Functions
- Assist in the coordination & provision of Provider on-the-ground support to University Providers
- Co-plan and monitor ITP progress towards project goals
- Ensure clarity and coordination of project communications with Provider leadership teams
- Provide training on the utilization of data (e.g. outcome and benchmark measures, program review, etc.) to inform plans for improvement / enrichment
- Provide assistance to the school-university leaders in establishing and executing bi-annual shared governance meetings
- Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative and operational activities Support providers to meet readiness criteria for data visualization
- Monitor the fidelity of implementation using data from program reviews, ITPs, and Inspectorate US visits
- Facilitate annual surveys with partner district leaders on needs, graduates and partnership satisfaction
- Provide assistance to the school-university leaders in strategic planning, piloting, data collection, and dissemination of new co-created and needs-based teacher preparation innovations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and / or related experience to equal seven years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate degree preferred
- Experience in effectively coordinating and leading TPP transformation efforts in teacher evaluation competencies, integrates K-12 curriculum, and provides consistent opportunities for candidates to practice teaching in safe settings, and apply teaching skills in the P-12 classroom
- Experience in adult education or professional development

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
