Successful receptionist candidates will perform the following :

• Answer multi-line telephone system in a courteous and timely manner
• Schedule same-day appointments
• Check patients in through eClinical
• Complete process for checking out patients; schedule additional appointments when needed
• Send patients to the assigned exam room
• Update patient information when necessary
• Request insurance eligibility on appointments
• Verify copay amounts, update insurance plan information
• Send patient portal invites to parents
• Stock and order supplies as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
