We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty : Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBG)

Work Setting : Clinic and Hospital

Schedule : Part Time - 3 shifts per week; weekends On Call

Patient Volume : 12-16 per day

Types of Cases : Comprehensive health assessments, Prenatal Care, Cervical and Breast exams, Postpartum evaluations, laboratory testing and ultrasound interpretation and Deliveries at Monument when on Call

Specialties and Staff on Site : CNMs, WHCNPs and RNs

Covid : Vaccine Preferred

Credentialing : 10-12 Weeks

Deliveries : 20-30 a month

Requirements :

• Licensure : Unrestricted South Dakota State License and DEA
• Board Certification : Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Life Support Certifications : BLS, ACLS and PALS
