We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FUN-ance Team. This role is perfect for someone who loves a mix of day-to-day accounting operations and forward-looking financial strategy. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving insights, and supporting Coconut's continued growth as a high-performing Canadian B2B SaaS company.

You're Fired Up To

• Support the preparation and review of monthly financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure accurate SaaS revenue recognition under ASPE.
• Assist with annual audit, tax filings, and external reporting requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and uphold internal controls.
• Support monthly close and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards, and reporting to provide clear financial insights.
• Partner with department leaders to coordinate and consolidate inputs for the annual budget.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends to support decision-making.
• Build and refine financial models to guide business decisions.
• Optimize and implement accounting & FP&A systems to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align financial plans with business priorities.
• Lead or contribute to process improvements that streamline reporting and analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial insights and support special projects as needed.
