Enterprise Systems Backup Engineer - Avamar, Commvault, Veritas

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise System Backup Engineer to join our Long Beach, CA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems, with a focus on backup infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions.

Your primary responsibility for this role is managing / administering Enterprise backup system. Must have "hands on" and experienced with Enterprise Backup systems and solutions along proficiency with the following :

Avamar

Commvault

Cloud backup solutions

Veritas

EMC

• Base salary $110K-$130K
• For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.

Must have skills sets :

Key is Dell backup technologies. (Setting up interviews now!)

The Backup Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, ensure data security, and develop operational policies that enhance our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with Enterprise backup administration and system administration
