Position : HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will also play a key role in our recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the recruitment process, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, setting up new hire orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues
• Coordinate and participate in company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with the annual performance evaluation process
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Assist with other HR projects and tasks as needed
