Executive Assistant
Location : North Andover, MA
Pay Rate : $40-$47 per hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the C-suite executive team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in executive-level administrative support, calendar and travel management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and operates with discretion, professionalism, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Manage complex calendars, including international meetings, time zone conversions, and conflict resolution to prevent double bookings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare presentation materials for board meetings and executive briefings.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and provide actionable summaries.
- Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and board members.
- Support personal calendar coordination for executives involved in external boards.
- Represent executives in meetings and leadership forums, including speaking on their behalf when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support to broader leadership teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives.Professional certification or equivalent experience in executive-level support.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), including pivot tables and org chart creation.Experience with ConcurStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.Experience managing high-level contacts and sensitive communications.Preferred Attributes
