Position at SBM Management
SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.
Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities :Qualifications :
- Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor / carpet care expertise preferred
- A drug test will be required
- 3+ years of experience
- Must be able to pass MVR
- Must be familiar with floor work (Carpet extraction, bonneting, stripping, waxing, etc.)
- Floor Care Experience is required.
- Knowledge on scrub cleaning floor and carpet spot cleaning
Shift : Sunday - Wednesday 6 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM, Sunday - Wednesday 6 : 00PM - 4 : 30AM Or Wednesday - Saturday 6 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM Wednesday - Saturday 6 : 00PM - 4 : 30AM
Compensation : $15.80 - $16.80 per hour
