R&D Technician II (Sample management)

Description Details

• We are seeking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our sample management team. The individual will be responsible for maintaining high level of integrity for the biologics research samples (proteins and cell lines), including but not limited to sample check-in, fulfilling requests, maintenance, and proper handling of samples. This candidate will be working closely with the supervisor and staff members.

Qualifications

Years of experience / education and / or certifications required :

BS / MS or equivalent degree in biological sciences with at least 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting either in an academia or industry

Top 3-5 skills requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task and handle culturing of at least 12 cell lines at a time

1 : Aseptic Technique

2 : Multitasking

3 : Sterility Technique

4 : Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communications skills

5 : Proficient in MS Excel

Nice to have (but not required)

Liquid handling-Tecan

Software management software / Freezer Pro
