Summary
The Sunnyvale site is dedicated to developing and delivering the highest-quality chromatography solutions in the industry. This role operates within a team-based manufacturing laboratory responsible for synthesizing and testing ion exchange media used in chromatography consumables.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing of resin products using specialized instruments to meet production and customer demands.
- Record and report test results accurately and maintain required documentation.
- Complete production work orders according to established procedures and timelines.
- Follow corporate quality policies to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
- Comply with all safety requirements and actively participate in safety improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a laboratory setting.Familiarity with chromatography processes or similar laboratory techniques.Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and verbal instructions.Familiarity with common hand tools (e.g., wrenches, torque drivers, tweezers).Basic computer literacy, including spreadsheet and database software.Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Effective verbal and written communication abilities.Work Environment & Safety
Exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, or airborne particles may occur.Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required : lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, face shields, and safety shoes (all provided by the company).P95 mask required in areas with solvent fume exposure.Physical Requirements :
