We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Plant Manager in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional—or a recent graduate eager to grow—who can contribute to our company’s success by managing key operational and financial processes. The role focuses on overseeing physical inventory, conducting cycle counts, and partnering with the accounting team to support cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end inventory processes and will work closely with the Plant Manager, inventory team, and accounting department. While this position does not initially include direct reports, it is well-suited for someone who excels at managing processes and aspires to lead a team in the future. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Plant Manager to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in production and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or academic exposure to inventory management, cycle counts, cost tracking, purchasing, and accounting support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing daily plant operations and production workflows
• Oversee and execute inventory control processes, including physical counts and reconciliation
• Support cost tracking and analysis in collaboration with the accounting team
• Participate in purchasing activities, including vendor coordination and order tracking
• Help maintain accurate records for COGS and other financial metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
• Serve as a liaison between production, inventory, and finance teams
• Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities over time
