FUNGSI
Menjaga dan Mengawasi aset-aset yang tersimpan di dalam gudang. Aset-aset tersebut meliputi alat-alat perkakas, alat ukur dan instrument.
TUGAS & KEWAJIBAN
- Bertanggung jawab melaporkan asset-aset di dalam gudang secara berkala kepada Asset manager.
- Mampu mengetahui kondisi asset-asset dalam gudang.
- Melakukan inventarisasi setiap bulannya asset dalam gudang.
- Mengetahui setiap asset yang keluar ataupun masuk.
- Dapat memasang member Tag No. dan meregister pada setiap mesin-mesin yang digunakan.
- Memberikan rekomendasi tindakan pada asset yang ada.
WEWENANG
- Meminta informasi kepada setiap pengguna alat-alat gudang apabila ditemukan ketidakcocokkan antara data pada dokumen dengan data aktual.
- Melakukan stock opname secara berkala untuk mengetahui update data gudang setiap bulan atau periode tertentu.
TANGGUNG-JAWAB
- Menjaga alat-alat yang ada di dalam gudang.
- Melakukan pendataan mengenai jenis, jumlah dan kondisinya. Membuat laporan data gudang dan barang keluar-masuk gudang.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan gudang.
KOMPETENSI
Pendidikan / pengalaman kerja
- Sarjana (S1) lebih diutamakan Teknik Industri, pengalaman kerja 3 (tiga) tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai.
- Diploma (D3) lebih diutamakan Teknik Industri, pengalaman kerja 5 (lima) tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai.
Pengetahuan / keterampilan
- Memahami standar pendokumenan, tata ruang layout & teknis perawatan gudang dan aset gudang.
- Mudah bergaul dan berkomunikasi.
- Mampu komputer terutama Microsoft Office yang diperlukan untuk kelancaran kerjanya.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan.
