POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Donor & Community Engagement Coordinator will play a central role in advancing our mission by supporting donor management, cultivation, and fundraising initiatives and providing administrative support to the CEO. This part-time position is ideal for someone with strong relational and organizational skills who is passionate about mission-driven work and building meaningful connections with donors, partners, and the community.

REPORTS TO : CEO

JOB TYPE : Part-time $18 hr / 15- 20 hours a week (with occasional evenings / weekends for events) paid bi-weekly

REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

• Willing to abide bythe Hope Inspire Love Statement of Faith.
• Willing to signtheCommunity Statement & Standards Policy, Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement, and Social Media & Blogging Policy.
• A current and active member and / or regular attendee ofa localchurch.
• Able to fully support and embody Hope InspireLoves corevalues and ministry philosophy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple

tasks and priorities.
