Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and auditing activities.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with established policies and standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to support enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.

Coordinate and support audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize accounting workflows and improve overall performance.

Assist in resolving discrepancies and troubleshooting issues within financial systems.

Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements :

Proven experience in accounting management and financial operations.

Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their application in financial processes.

Strong expertise in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and billing functions.

Familiarity with auditing processes and regulatory compliance requirements.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide teams.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
