As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for students, faculty, and visitors. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the educational environment.

Assist visitors, students, faculty, and / or staff with directions and general inquiries as appropriate.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site representatives to help to maintain a secure environment.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
