Job descriptionWorking together with crew and superintendent to ensure high quality job completion. Maintaining efficient pace to meet job timelines while ensuring safety. Communicating with others to help projects move along smoothly. Alerting supervisor of equipment needs to keep work going (fuel, maintenance, etc.) Making recommendations to help speed up work. Be on time, ready to work! At least 2 years of experience with heavy equipment (skid-steers / wheel loaders / excavators / etc.) Positive attitude. Drug and alcohol free work environment.

As a company, Adams Scrap prides itself on safety, quality, and efficiency with each job we complete. As a heavy equipment operator, you will be expected to meet the following job requirements.
Safety
- Knowing and following safety policies and procedures.
- Participating in weekly safety meetings.
- Knowledge and experience of operating heavy equipment in a safe manner.
- Maintenance and inspection of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.)
