Key Responsibilities

Develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers

Ensure formulations meet regulatory standards and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve commercial success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)

Fluency in product-market fit and commercial strategy

Curiosity and attention to detail with a focus on impactful product development
