Cat Rental & Used Division has an open position as Business Support & Analysis Manager that supports a global team focused on driving sustainable growth through deep understanding of our customers and dealers by defining and providing exceptional support for processes and tools.

In this role, you will balance strategic ideas with complex accounting principles and financial concepts representing the business across the enterprise. This position reports directly to the Senior Finance Director of Cat Rental & Used.

What You Will Do :

• Provide business support as a trusted advisor to Cat Rental & Used sales execution teams
• Lead business analysis to support 2030 growth strategy and digital initiatives
• Promote enterprise operating and execution model by providing financial guidance for initiatives to maximize OPACC & PRRO (Percent Rental Revenue Opportunity)
• Benchmark, lead / participate with segment partners to support strategy workstreams; Alternative Funding, Parts & Services, Sales Variance, PCOS
• Maintain and improve Power BI dashboard for Rental STU Tracker, Sales Trends reporting and price relativity
• Support development and implementation of applicable preventative controls and processes for the division
• Leverage compliance tools to enhance awareness to risk areas
• Complete all related audit remediation and testing of controls, document through segment FAST tool (contracts & purchasing practices)

Summary Pay Range : $110,520.00 - $165,840.00
