HR Manager / Employee relations

We are looking for a HR Manager to join one of the main Construction / Energy companies in the country. For this role you’ll be a key player in fostering a positive work environment aligned with company’s Vision, Values, and Commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into workplace issues, including intake, interviews, reporting, and resolution.
• Address complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and policy violations.
• Advise managers and leaders on employee relations matters such as performance management, interpersonal conflicts, and workforce changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Ethics & Compliance, and Security.
• Deliver ER training and contribute to team-led initiatives and projects.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
• Support workforce reduction processes in partnership with project HR and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
