Growing woman-owned small business, dedicated to providing quality bookkeeping and business management services is looking for a part time Bookkeeper. We work with a variety of organizations in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Candidate must be highly detail-oriented with thorough hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience. Must have experience working with multiple clients, meeting deadlines on time, and maintaining a sense of urgency to deliver reliable financial data on a monthly basis. Must be comfortable with maintaining your own schedule, working closely with clients and accountants and providing up to date information to management.

This position is fully remote but candidate must reside in California

Part time 15-20 hours of work per week

$25.00-$30.00 / hour

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience providing bookkeeping support such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books on a monthly basis and preparing financial reports
• Experience cleaning up client books and identifying issues and how to resolve them
• 1+ year of experience using QuickBooks
