Leading and directing a team of quality improvement professionals.
Developing and implementing comprehensive quality improvement programs to optimize patient care outcomes.

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Nursing or a related patient care field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement (QA / PI) within a healthcare setting.
Licensure / Certification : Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice in your profession according to Arizona state regulations.
Certification : Certified in Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or eligible to take the exam within two years of employment (strongly preferred).
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency : Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, quality improvement methodologies, and project management.
