As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for our local State Farm Insurance & Financial Services Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide information about insurance products and services.Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Proficient with the customer service team and daily operations to drive retention and cross sellingDevelop new prospective customers in various methodsQUALIFICATIONS :
