Anna's Taqueria is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurants. Assistant Restaurant Managers report directly to the Restaurant Manager. They deal directly with customers and employees and are responsible for a diversity of duties that include employee management, food production, and record keeping.

For Anna’s, restaurant managers are more than just the brains behind the daily operation of the restaurants; he / she is a leader, peacekeeper, public relations expert, and quality control specialist who keeps the restaurant(s) profitable and running smoothly. This job is fast-paced and varied—a perfect combination for an individual with business sense and boundless energy.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

Create and Maintain Positive Relationships with Customers and Communities

• Create a culture of excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
• Promote positive community relations with charities, the local neighborhood, the City of Boston, schools, churches, and organizations.
