Business Development Executive, Staffing Industry - Remote Opportunity

Join our client as a Sales Executive dedicated to expanding relationships and delivering innovative staffing solutions in this fast-growing sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, design workforce strategies, and drive revenue growth through large-scale partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale, long-term staffing opportunities within the data center industry.
- Expand our client's presence in the sector by leveraging existing relationships and industry knowledge.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized workforce solutions that prioritize sustainability and scalability.
- Work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and gross margin targets to drive organizational success.
Qualifications :
5+ years of sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related industry.Strong network and established relationships within the data center sector.Proven track record of successfully closing long-term, high-value contracts.Exceptional ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with senior-level decision-makers.Self-motivated individual with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.Compensation & Benefits :
