Senior Analyst, Network Development

Position Summary

As a member of the Network Development team, the Sr. Analyst position, you will be responsible for providing quality service, education, and support for a wide variety of tasks and / or requests related to specialty pharmacy network participation and network adequacy for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and track incoming requests from multiple sources, meet specified deadlines, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences, including all levels of the organization, clients, and pharmacy providers.

To be successful, it is necessary to have strong research and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and in team environments.

This is a full time Work From Home position, employee location is flexible.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Implement custom specialty networks in accordance with client requirements and applicable state regulations
• Track and record quarterly specialty network pharmacy performance reporting results
• Research and respond to inquiries received in team’s shared mailboxes : RXAetnaNetworkAssist and SpecialtyPharmacyApplications
• Assist with and respond to client network state filing requests
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting, utilizing a variety of resources
• Assist with analyzing reporting and submitting requests for claim rejection overrides
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a PBM or pharmacy
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access to generate reporting and / or perform analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and problem solving skills
• Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / deadlines concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

RxClaim and Salesforce experience

Education

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,700.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
