Pay : $70.00 - $85.00 Per Routine Visit
With a Pay Range of $70.00 - $85.00 Per Visit, you could make :
- Full-Time (26-35 visits per week) $94,640 to $154,700 annually
- Part Time (10-20 visits per week) $36,400 to $88,400 annually
Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist with experience in their role to join our team in Denver . In this role, you will assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans to improve their daily living skills.
You will provide therapy and document progress to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations to assess clients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' daily living skills
- Provide therapy to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities
- Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment
- Document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications :
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado
- Experience in home health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse client needs
