A district-based staffing partner is recruiting a Substitute Paraprofessional to assist classroom instructors in supporting student learning and engagement. The successful candidate will provide instructional and behavioral support under the direction of certified educators. State fingerprinting is required prior to placement.

Responsibilities :

Reinforce classroom lessons by assisting students individually or in small groups.

Supervise students during instruction, transitions, and non-instructional periods.

Support learners with academic, behavioral, and social needs as directed by teachers.

Maintain order, encourage participation, and assist with behavior management strategies.

Document student progress and communicate with supervising staff as needed.

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare environments preferred.

Ability to pass fingerprinting and background clearance per state requirements.

Reliable, flexible, and comfortable adapting to multiple classroom settings.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism and confidentiality.
