TEKsystems has a long term contract role of 18 months for a Director of Business Transformation with ERP implementation experience. Our client is beginning a multi-year technology transformation program which includes migrating to a modern ERP platform (Infor), master data management, and Salesforce (Service & Sales clouds). To lead this program they are hiring a Director of Business Transformation for an 18 - 24 month assignment. The consultant will oversee the business elements of the initiative, ensuring alignment between strategy and technology to achieve program goals. He or she will report to the Steering Committee, so it's critical to understand requirements, manage complex interdependencies, and collaborate with business partners and system integrators.

Top Skills Needed : 1) Experience leading multiple ERP Transformation / Implementation programs; including leading delivery, data management, change, and training teams. 2) Must have outstanding communication skills with executives and C-levels. 3) Experience leading ERP projects in the Manufacturing industry. 4) Experience working for one of the large system integrators is preferred. 5) Infor Cloud experience is highly preferred, though not required.

Qualifications & Experience :

Degree : Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related field. Experience : 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role driving large-scale business transformation. Proven Program Leadership : Demonstrated success leading the business side of at least one large-scale transformation that involved a modern ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud ERP, Infor, etc.) AND either a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce) or a formal MDM initiative. Business Process Expertise : Deep knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and experience redesigning end-to-end processes in a global, matrixed organization. Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP). Executive Presence : Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decisions among senior executives.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic & Program Leadership :

• Partner with the executive steering committee and senior business leaders to champion the vision for the future state of the business, enabled by the three pillars (MDM, ERP, Salesforce) and overall company strategy.
• Partner with IT and Program Management to shape and govern the multi-phased roadmap, ensuring logical sequencing and managing cross-program dependencies.
• Co-chair the program's business governance council, facilitating critical decisions on global process design, data standards, and scope to ensure the enterprise's best interests are prioritized.
• Ensure effective program delivery and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Niwot, CO.
