Manager, Learning Innovation & Faculty Engagement

The QTI Group is partnering with the Graduate School of Banking – Madison to hire a Manager, Learning Innovation & Faculty Engagement, passionate about creating and delivering world-class educational opportunities to leaders in the financial industry.

Summary

This role bridges strategy and operations by leading instructional design efforts, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and partnering with the VP, Learning Strategy & Innovation, and faculty to transition programs into blended and innovative formats.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the VP of Learning Strategy & Innovation and faculty / SMEs to design engaging, outcomes-based courses that align with GSB's strategic initiatives, mission, and vision.
• Provide technical oversight of LMS, revising course templates, rubrics, and style guides to ensure quality and consistency as needed.
• Support integration of multimedia, digital resources, and interactive tools to enhance learner engagement.
• Review and edit instructional content to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with GSB standards.
• Coach faculty on blended learning course design, instructional strategies, and technology integration.

Desired Qualifications :

Compensation : The position offers a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
