Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preference.
- Plan, research, and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities, based on clients' requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest travel policies, protocols, and destination information, and destination information.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth travel experience.
- Complete comprehensive training provided by our vendors and enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various and exclusive travel perks.
- Keep an accurate and organized record of client interaction, travel itineraries, and vendor communication.
Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Columbia, and Mexico.
- Possess a reliable computer, laptop, or smart phone with internet access.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues,
- Self-discipline, motivation, and high work ethic to excel in a remote work environment.
