Workers' Compensation Business Analyst

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Senior Business Analyst for an enterprise State Client.

A highly experienced Business Analyst (BA) consultant with specialized expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance , policy or claims -driven projects, and enterprise-level business analysis, as well as the proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop other BAs within the Business Analyst Resource Center (BARC).

The consultant will split their time between direct project work and structured BA capability development, with 50% of duties dedicated to coaching, mentoring and / or recommendations and development of training materials.

Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Hybrid / Remote : Remote

Requirement :

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in Workers’ Compensation insurance projects.
• Demonstrated experience in policy or claims -driven initiatives and regulatory interpretation.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching business analysts at the enterprise level.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and solution design.
