Compensation Analyst

Be among the first 25 applicants. Must be local to San Francisco or Seattle or Indianapolis. Must work onsite 4 days per week. Pay : $55-59 / hour. Duration : approximately 1 year with extensions based on need and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly set up of commissionable participants (validation of New Hires, Promotions / Transfers, and Terminations), utilizing our support tools.
• On a monthly schedule, run the systematic process to calculate commissionable orders and pull results in accordance to WW payroll deadlines.
• Investigate issue escalations and provide response to sales teams on inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolution.
• Contribute to the development or improvement of systems and processes to effectively track or capture data.
