About the Team
The Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Compensation Manager and work closely with the VP of People, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting teams to build and maintain competitive compensation structures, enhance HR analytics, and improve efficiencies across the People function.

We’re hiring a Compensation Analyst to support key projects across Patreon’s Total Rewards function. This role is ideal for someone excited to dive deep into compensation data, support compensation operations and tools, and build equitable compensation practices in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven company.

Work Model
Patreon operates under a hybrid work model. Employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. Candidates hired into remote‑eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
Pay Transparency
In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we share the expected salary range for this role. The posted salary range is dependent on location and level. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on local market conditions.
