MAT Registered Nurse (RN)

Description

Southeast Healthcare a program that offers Medication Assisted Treatment to patients with addiction. The RN on the team assesses and monitors our patients, as well as administers Suboxone and Vivitrol.

The RN also coordinates care with primary care providers, along with making referrals and home visits. Join our dedicated staff making a positive impact in our community.

Position Requirements

Must be licensed as an RN in Ohio.

As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer. Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID.
